Editorial standards

The rules every page on this site is held to.

Education first, never a sales pitch

Every page exists to help the reader understand. We do not run provider advertising or publish product brochures, and each page carries at most one restrained call to action.

Vendor-neutral

We explain how products work across the market rather than promoting any one administrator or program.

Numbers are sourced and dated

When we publish a benchmark or statistic, we cite its source and show when it was last updated. Where the industry relies on second-hand or stale figures, we verify against primary sources before publishing.

Corrections

When something is wrong, we fix it and note the change. Accuracy outranks tidiness.
