What this site is
The industry talks about F&I products in two unhelpful registers: consumer sites treat them as scams to avoid, and provider sites treat them as brochures to download. This site is neither. It teaches dealers how to think, customers why products matter, finance managers how products actually work, and owners how products affect profitability and retention.
How it stays honest
