Michael began his automotive career in 1997 in Tucson, Arizona and founded Elite FI Partners in 2019. He works with dealers across automotive, powersports, RV, and marine on F&I product selection, menu presentation, administrator evaluation, and finance-office training. He writes here to make the mechanics of F&I products clear to dealers, finance managers, and the customers they serve.
